Named after César Ritz, the legendary founder of The Ritz Hotels in Paris and London, César’s restaurant offers epicurean cuisine in a relaxing setting. Located on the first floor, this all-day dining restaurant offers a creative menu of contemporary Mediterranean cuisine and Asian favourites.




César’s features décor inspired by Mediterranean architecture: floors of Rojo Allicante marble and walls of French limestone accented with handmade tiles. The refined intimate ambience of this restaurant is an ideal retreat for a light or hearty meal.


The imaginative menu presents an array of wonderful temptations such as Minestrone Abruzzesse with Pesto Croutons, Seared Herbed Fillet of Seabass on Crabmeat and Clam Ratatouille, and Fennel wood-roasted Loin of Lamb with Tart Provencale in Lemon Thyme Jus. A few local favourite dishes are also served.
