Tan Sri Francis Yeoh appointed to the Capital Market Advisory Council
The recently launched Capital Market Masterplan has taken a step forward with the appointment of a 15 member Advisory Council comprising a "who's who" list of prominent businessmen, senior bankers and foreign capital market participants. Amongst its members is Tan Sri Dato' Francis Yeoh, Group Managing Director of YTL Corporation who is also a member of the Capital Market Strategic Committee involved in drafting the Masterplan. The Advisory Council is charged with monitoring and implementing the 24 strategic initiatives and 152 recommendations outlined in the Masterplan, advising the Securities Commission on developments in the global and domestic capital markets and lastly to provide independent views on its progress.....More!
