Kuala Lumpur, October 14, 2009

The Ten days of celebration at Kuala Lumpur’s iconic Lot 10 is in full swing as yet another unveiling was held at the Rooftop garden.

The evening saw guests celebrating the official opening of Teeq Brasserie, a quaint brasserie that sets to serve your gastronomic desires.

Teeq derives its name from the woody textures and earthy tones that make up this chic brasserie. An impressive entrance welcomes guests to an avant-garde décor with undulating waves of wooden ribs encircling the ceiling, while an all-glass façade offers you a grand view of Kuala Lumpur’s skyline.

A dramatic landscape of cascading ferns and flora serve as a backdrop against the skies of Kuala Lumpur, while pristinely manicured lawn serves as an outflow for outdoor parties right outside the brasserie.

The design of the Rooftop at Lot 10 flows with the calling of YTL to practice corporate social responsibility that seeks to work closely with nature.

The celebration was the first to be held at Teeq where YTL Executive Chef Kevin Cape delivered an exciting array of Buka Puasa favorites in conjunction with the month of Ramadhan.

Datuk Siti was excited to be the first to officiate the ‘brasserie on top of the world’ saying, “I’m happy to be able to launch my album in such a beautiful place like this and the whole atmosphere up here is great!”
