SELANGOR - Admin Manager
Job Description

Responsible for the Companys general administrative matters and support other office activities when required.
Provides supplies by identifying needs for the entire office; establishing policies, procedures, and work schedules.
Provides communication systems by identifying needs; evaluating options; maintaining equipment; approving invoices.
Purchases printed materials and forms by obtaining requirements; negotiating price, quality, and delivery; approving invoices.
Completes special projects by organising and coordinating information and requirements; planning, arranging, and meeting schedules; monitoring results.
Provides historical reference by developing and utilising filing and retrieval systems.
Improves program and service quality by devising new applications; updating procedures; evaluating system results with users.
Maintains continuity among corporate, division, and local work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
Responsible for the human resource functions of the Company by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; maintaining a safe and secure work environment; developing personal growth opportunities.
Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
Ensure submission of payroll related documents on time, and attend to routine queries of employee related to payroll administration.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.


Job Requirement

Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
5 years of admin management experience.
Good command in both written and spoken English.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work in team.
Detail-oriented, independent and ability to work under pressure.
In possession of a valid driving license.
Willing to work in Subang Airport.
