Villas and Suites are uniquely designed and constructed giving the resort the tropical feel of a Malay Village. The villas are traditionally furnished with rich timbers, woven bamboo ceilings and luxurious fabrics.
Pangkor Laut Resort provides the choice of five different luxury villa styles and two suites, each with its own distinctive architecture and surrounding environment. |

Hill Villas are perched dramatically on the hillside amidst the rainforest, affording spectacular views of beautiful tropical gardens, the South China Sea and the larger island of Pangkor. The villas are constructed in double storey units with two rooms on the lower floor and two rooms on the upper floor. The rooms on the lower floor offer a huge, deep bath in a beautiful, open courtyard and the rooms on the upper floor feature huge windows opening out to views of the rain forest.
Garden Villas merge into the foliage at the foot of the hillside, and are surrounded by beautiful tropical gardens. The structure of these villas are exactly the same as the Hill Villas.
Beach Villas are single story structures built within a few steps of the white sandy beach. They are two unit buildings each with a private outdoor courtyard bath.
Sea Villas are uniquely built on stilts over the sea and linked by wooden walkways. They are the signature feature of the island. Each villa comes with a large balcony with deck chairs and a bathroom with an oversized tub with breathtaking view of the sea.
Spa Villas are bungalows on stilts over the sea offering direct access to the Spa Village. Similar to the Sea Villas, each unit features an oversized bathtub with ceiling-mounted showers, a large balcony for sun bathing and a stunning view of the Pangkor Straits.
Sea Suites are situated close to the Royal Bay Sea Villas and consist of an entrance hall, and a separate bedroom and lounge. The lounge has huge windows with beautiful views of the sea and the island.
The Pavarotti Suite comprises a master bedroom and dining hall on the first level and two bedrooms on the second level. The suite is located on the hillside overlooking the resort offering fabulous views of the sea and the outlying islands. |

Dining
Palm Grove Café is an open-air informal café located next to the Frog Pool. This café serves an extensive buffet breakfast.
Chapman's Bar at Emerald Bay is named after the famous British Colonel, Freddy Spencer Chapman who made a dramatic escape by submarine from Emerald Bay in May 1945. Chapman's Bar offers excellent light lunches, and provides guests the opportunity to relax over drinks in the shade of age-old trees.
Royal Bay Beach Club is just steps away from the lap pool with a beautiful view of the sea. This outlet offers light lunch and snacks as well as a variety of refreshing beverages throughout the day.
Jamu Bar is a peaceful enclave within the Spa Village next to the 50-meter Olympic-size pool. The menu offers light dishes, salads and healthy drinks to complement the spa treatments offered.
Uncle Lim's is named in honour of the Chef, Uncle Lim, who has been at the resort since its inception. Built on a rocky outcrop overlooking the sea, its superb design creates the prefect ambience for delicious Nyona and Hockchew style home cooking.
Fisherman’s Cove is a fine dining restaurant offering Western grills, fresh seafood, signature dishes and delightful desserts. Evening attire is requested and no children under the age of 16 years are admitted.
The Samudra is built on stilts over the sea, with breathtaking views of Royal Bay. It offers an Asian buffet for dinner with a medley of Asian dishes.
Sri Lagenda Lounge is situated below the rocky outcrop of Uncle Lim’s, and is the perfect setting for pre-dinner drinks, overlooking the ocean.

The Conference facilities at the resort are perfect for private executive getaways and a relaxing business atmosphere.
Sporting and Recreational Activities
A variety of activities and facilities are offered at Pangkor Laut Resort, such as tennis and squash, a fitness centre, two swimming pools, sauna, spa treatments and jungle trekking. There is also a water sports center with kayaks, snorkeling and wind surfing equipment, catamarans, fishing trips, island hopping excursions and luxury sunset cruises.
Guests can spend the day relaxing on the beach at Emerald Bay, a highlight of this magnificent resort. Emerald Bay is a natural cove with one of Asia's most beautiful beaches.
