Rossini's restaurant offers epicurean cuisine in a relaxing setting. Located on the first floor, this restaurant offers a creative menu of contemporary Mediterranean cuisine and Italian favourites.

Rossini's features décor inspired by Mediterranean architecture: floors of Rojo Allicante marble and walls of French limestone accented with handmade tiles. The refined intimate ambience of this restaurant is an ideal retreat for a light or hearty meal.

The imaginative menu presents an array of wonderful temptations such as Lobster cappuccino, scallops and prawns wrapped in eggplant, Beef tenderloin topped with goose liver in black truffle jus and traditional tiramisu in mocha sauce. Some international favourite dishes are also served.
