Shook! is an exciting restaurant concept and the first of its kind in Malaysia. The menu flirts with seasonal trends and boasts an adventurous fusion of east and west with Japanese, Chinese Wok, Italian and Western Grill show kitchens. Dishes are fresh, robust, natural and innovative. Emphasis is placed on an interactive, see-through and sensory dining experience with extravagant display counters and the ability to watch the chefs in action in all four show kitchens. Each cuisine is authentically prepared. Everything is freshly made with the choicest seasonal local and international ingredients. |
| A magnificent walk-in cellar holds over 3,000 bottles of some of the world’s most outstanding wines, including the world's largest vertical collection of Chateau Mouton Rothschild Artist Label series, including every vintage from 1945 to 1997 in both standard and magnum bottles. Also available are European wines from the signature Shook! label. |

The restaurant was designed by the world famous Super Potato of Japan. Earthy and natural materials have been used to create a warm and cosy ambience in what is otherwise a very open, transparent concept. Different textures are achieved with the use of local timber, polished and natural granite as well as glass. A central fixture is the large circular bar at the entrance with a cascading water feature on one side.

Most likely to be seen in Shook! are celebrities and KL’s “in” crowd. Stars recently spotted include supermodel Ling, “Bond Girl” Michelle Yeoh, Film Director Ang Lee, modern jazz superstar Al Jarreau, Miss Universe 2000 Lara Dutta, artist Ibrahim Hussein, comedian and film director Harith Iskander, actor Hans Isaac, singers Camelia and Fauziah Latiff, shoemaker to the stars Jimmy Choo, actresses Nancy Foo, Deanna Yusoff and Kavita Kaur and former Miss Malaysia Arianna Teoh to name but a few…..
