YTL Land / YTL Community Events Administration System
The YTL Land/YTL Community Events Administration System (EAS) is a system designed to provide Starhill Shopping Centre and Lot 10 Shopping Centre tenants access to update information about events that will be held on BintangWalk. These information will be published on the YTL Community website (www.ytlcommunity.com).
Accessing and Exiting EAS
Accessing the System
1. Open the www.ytlcommunity.com site on your web browser. 2. Log in by filling in and ; then click on the button
3. Scroll down the YTL Community homepage and keep an eye on the right-hand side banner for the Tenants item.
4. Click on Tenants.
5. Users who are registered as Tenant Members (Users) of YTL Community will see the EAS page. Each outlet/tenant will be given one membership or user account access for YTL Community/EAS. YTL Community members who are not registered users of the EAS will not be able access this page. By default, the Announcements page is set as the starting page for the EAS.
Exiting the System
There are several methods of exiting the EAS
1. By clicking on the button, users will log off as a member and return to the YTL Community homepage.
2. To exit the EAS while maintaining the login status to the YTL Community website, click on the icon on the Navigation Bar at the left-hand side of the EAS window.
Using EAS
Familiarise yourself with the components of the EAS to use the system effectively. The main section on the EAS are the Navigation Bar, Announcements section, Events section and the Service Request section.
1. Navigation Bar
The Navigation Bar at the left-hand side of the EAS window allows users easy navigation of the system. Clicking on the buttons on the panel enables users access to different sections of the EAS. The buttons are:

2. Announcements
The Announcements page lists news, articles and announcements provided by YTL Land and YTL Community for Users of the EAS.
3. Events
The Events Preview page shows a list of events that are running live on the YTL Community website and Bintang Walk website and also displays links to the pages used for Users to search, edit and add event items to be featured on the websites.
At the top of the Events Preview page is the Events Bar, with three (3) icons: events listing, add and search; each with its own function:

Below the Events Bar, Users will see the Events Preview a list of live event items that are currently published on the YTL Community website. The Events Preview section is a view-only section.
Events Listing
By clicking on the events listing icon, users will see the Events Listing. This list includes all current and expired event items. This page allows users to choose to view or modify, as well as add or search event items.
Beside each event item are two icons:

· The Pencil icon allows users to modify the details of the Event Item that the user had submitted.
· A user cannot edit the details of an Event Item submitted by other users. |

Add
By clicking on the add icon, users will see a different Events Bar users will only see the events listing icon. See Modifying/Adding Event Items (below) for further instructions on Adding event items.
Search
By clicking on the search icon, users will see a different Events Bar users will only see the events listing icon. A form similar to Add/Modify form appears. Searches can be conducted by filling up any one of the fields on the form: Title, Type, Date, Time, Venue, and Image and clicking on .
