Enjoy the concert
Star Online, 16 January 2004
Thanks to the generosity of YTL that organised the show and Yeoh, the rest of the world is set to share in the moment at a later date. In an article posted on www.ytlcommunity.com, Yeoh had this to say about last year’s magical performance and its imminent debut on British national television: “This concert is YTL’s journey of thanksgiving to the British people but most importantly to God. Enjoy the concert.”

The Marriage of Pavarotti
YTL Community, 18 December 2003
The guests included relatives and close friends, Jose Carreras, Bono and Francis Yeoh and his wife Rosaline. Pavarotti sang on three occasions for Yeoh, the latest of which was the unforgettable Three Tenors Concert in Bath this summer.

The best of British
Berita BMCC, 28 November 2003
Tan Sri Francis Yeoh's timing was apt – the Concert complemented the official Opening of the new Spa. Bath was founded on water, the magical hot springs that gushed from the volcanic innards of the earth, discovered by the Romans and which gave Bath its name. The Romans came in AD45. Pavarotti came in 2003. The waters have special life-giving properties not to be found elsewhere. YTL thus acquired one of UK's earliest known "brands".

Sacred and Profane
Datuk Dr Paddy Bowie Exclusive, 3 September 2003
And lastly was Tan Sri Francis’s own personal invocation. Declaring himself no po faced zealot, he nevertheless posed the dilemma facing us in this generation - the free choice of faith. The ugly world of violence and terror in which we live betrays our antecedents - their nobility of purpose, dedication to the beauty and joy of life, and their spiritual values. The choice is between love and hatred. We were left in no doubt where Tan Sri Francis stood. 30,000 people inspired by the Concert could be said to cast their vote with him.

Magical tenors
The Malay Mail, 24 August 2003
The concert, organised by YTL Utilities (UK) Ltd, was timed to coincide with the long-awaited opening of the multi-million pound Bath Thermal Spa. While everyone was in jubilant mood, not many were concerned that the new spa complex is not fully completed. In his speech before the concert, Francis Yeoh, managing director of YTL, and a close friend of Pavarotti, said it was timely and appropriate for the concert of celebration to be held in Bath where the Wessex Water head office is based. Wessex Water supplies drinking water to 1.2 million people and sewage services to about 2.5 million

Francis Yeoh on the Telegraph's article 'I'm not a po-faced zealot, I'm not'
Sunday Telegraph, 20 August 2003
During a trip to the UK, YTL group Managing Director Tan Sri Francis Yeoh was interviewed by Martin Baker from the The Sunday Telegraph. The article was published on the 17th of August. YTL Community catches up with Yeoh upon his return from the United Kingdom for a follow-up to the article. Excerpts from the article: Yeoh's obsession is with making sure that his customers are happy. If not, he argues, YTL will not be able to sustain its vertiginous growth: "I've 10m customers and they all vote with their feet every day. If we don't provide world-class service, we're out of a job - it's as simple as that. "People expect so much now. The service bar has got higher and higher. So you have to provide world-class service almost at a third-world price, and still make profits - and keep the smile on your face."
